From the Leasing Office to Executive Leadership—and Everything in Between.

Stewart Asset Solutions wasn't born in a boardroom. It was built from decades of firsthand experience, a passion for people, and a determination to find solutions where others saw obstacles.

My journey in multifamily began as a leasing agent. Over the years, I worked my way through property management and into executive leadership, ultimately serving as Vice President of Operations. Along the way, I gained experience across virtually every type of multifamily asset—from Class A luxury communities and new construction lease-ups to affordable housing, aging properties, and distressed communities struggling to find their footing.

And somewhere along the way, I discovered what I loved most: solving problems.

There was something incredibly rewarding about walking into a struggling property, identifying what wasn't working, and giving owners and teams something they desperately needed: a clear path forward and renewed hope.

I learned that the biggest problems often begin with the smallest things being overlooked. Sometimes it was a broken process. Sometimes it was a team that needed direction, training, or simply someone to believe in them. Other times, it required a complete operational realignment.

Whatever the challenge, my approach remained the same:

Identify. Align. Transform. Succeed.

I assessed the asset, identified the opportunities, developed a strategic plan, and stayed involved to see it through. From occupancy and collections to team performance and operational efficiency, I learned that meaningful change doesn't come from simply telling people what needs to happen. It comes from rolling up your sleeves and making it happen alongside them.

After years in property operations, I transitioned to the vendor side of the multifamily industry. That experience opened an entirely new perspective, allowing me to work with multiple property management companies, understand different operating philosophies, and recognize just how universal many of our industry's challenges really are.

It also reinforced something I'd believed for years: great solutions don't have to be complicated, but they do have to be executed.
