Tim's journey began at the onsite level and progressed through regional leadership, Vice President of Operations, and Vice President of National Sales and Client Engagement. That experience gives him a unique understanding of multifamily operations—from the challenges faced by onsite teams to the expectations of executive leadership and ownership.

Throughout his career, Tim has specialized in identifying operational gaps, realigning distressed assets, improving property performance, and building teams equipped to succeed. His experience includes successfully launching 21 lease-up communities, with more than 90% reaching full occupancy within their first 30 days.

But Tim believes a great assessment is only the beginning.
